In my opinion. it's not really a paper issue as much as it's a matter regular timely cleaning. After all, what difference does paper that breaks apart when it has the crap (pun intended) shaken out of it when all it does when you're in a park, is sit and wait for the evacuation. I've yet to find a chemical that'll affect the paper in any way when the tank and it's contents are stationary so it all boils down to is frequent cleaning and I've found that the installed "sanitizer" system does a poor job at best. After using the sanitizer until the water flows clear for several fills/flushes, I've then used my Flush King backflusher and the volume of waste that it clears after then sanitizer has done it's duty is huge. I don't use the sanitizer any more as the FK is just too effective and thorough.
