After several discussions with the Seven Feathers management, we have agreed to a couple of changes in the registration process.

1. Registration Deadline Extended – For all you procrastinators here is an alternative just for you. Registration is now open until May 8th. So talk it up with the spouse and consider joining us for what promises to be a great time with old and new friends. There are only a few days remaining to sign up.

2. Cancellation Period Reduction. – New this year was a Seven Feathers policy that any cancellation 30 days or less before the rally would forfeit the first nights fee of $35. We know that a few of you will have an unexpected reason to cancel as we get closer (life happens). We finally got Seven Feathers to compromise and agree to a revised policy where a cancellation 15 days or less before the rally would forfeit the first nights fee of $35. While not ideal, it is the best we could do. This means if you cancel before June 8th, there is no charge. Cancellation on June 8th or later is subject to the forfeit. Hopefully no one will need to take advantage of this change. We really want to see you all at the rally!
