Ozz, I bought the small stand alone hopper model from Harbor Freight a few years back. I used it the etch the glass panels in the doors of my kitchen cabinets. I worked ok but had to replace the brass shut off valve as the sand blasted through the side of it. The unit I had did use a lot of air and alto of time was spent waiting for my compressor to catch up.I like the design of the model you show as I think it would work great on smaller projects. Be sure to post how well it works as I might have to pick one up.
