Tim, What you are describing sounds exactly like the stem Delts is using in their residential faucets. (Looks cheap but works) Were you able to look at the inside of the new faucet where the hose attaches. I would think if they were to put a restrictor that would be the place. One restrictor would take care of the hot and cold. Just a thought. Jim
