Travler Dish was the way to go for us. We also have Dish at S&B. Pay as you Go works for us with two vip211z's. Will change those out for Hopper3 and two 4k joey's. We haven't run into situations yet where we haven't had a clear line to the satellite orbits so haven't had the need to have a portable tripod setup with another dish.
