I had this same experience with a Tahoe. I took it to my local tire shop and asked for a balance. They did it but afterwards the guy came out and told me my tires were bad. I though he was full of crap surely they were just out of balance since they looked fine. I had him swap the ties from side to side and the shake changed sides with it. By shake I mean the entire cab but the main intensity went to the other side. It was indeed a bad tire. I replaced the lot and the shaking went away. My 2 cents.
