Hi
You don’t say what model 4X4, extend cab, Quad Cab, 6 or 8 ft bed, Duramax or gas engine.
Some of the models have an Aluminum drive shaft that can be damaged by road hazard.
At 19,000 miles it is a dealer problem.
GM is good about correcting the problem and if they can’t the service manager needs to write a letter to GM and they will refund your money and take the truck back. They did this for us on a 2012 Cruse that GM couldn’t fix after sending three different factory repair teams to fix the shake.
I have in the past had all 3 US brands and some US brands that don’t exist any longer and because of the way GM handled this problem I don’t plan on ever owning any other brand of vehicle.
