Who is towing with a 2500HD. Those that are wanting to be overweight or at their GVWR limit with no safety reserve.
The difference in cost of a 2500 over a 3500 vehicle is not that much. Unless you are in a state where anything over 10K gross is considered a commercial vehicle and insurance goes thru the roof.
But, you play, you got to pay.
