Thank you for your input.I can't find my manual for my furnace.I can find all the other manuals.No one else has that problem except myself.lol Seriouslly, I did find the "track" showing a picture of the thermostat and how to work it. It did not show any buttons to push or hold. I have a 3665 RE Montana, perhaps someone has this manual for this Model and can look up "what to do ". Thanks!
