I've had my 3485 SA 07 Monty for 7 1/2 years and have a Sealand just replace it twice now. Once at about 4 yrs and just a couple of months ago. It works great and have never had any other problems. I did have a valve problem just a couple of yrs old the spring in the ball value stretched and was covered in warrantee.
