I guess one of us is the exception to the rule. I have had Michelin on every vehicle, mine and the DWs, for years. Never had one fail. Can't remember even having a flat on one.
Current truck has OEM Michelin LTX A/T on it. At 25,000 miles they look as though I should get that many more miles on them. Wife's Expedition came OEM with Pirelli that wore out at less than 35,000. Replaced with Michelin. 50,000 miles on those and still good for another 10,000-15,000.
XPS Ribs on the Monte have about 18,000 and still look new.
Typical of my experience.
