Well some folks are having the opposite problem in the cold weather. If your fridge is in a slide it will have two vented doors, I would not be surprised if it has fans just under the cooling fins inside the upper vent.
If the fridge is not in a slide and vents out the top, it "should" vent the heat away sufficiently anyway. There are many different fans available, the type that is in a computer can be found both 120V and 12V and are quiet and move a lot of air.

Lots of possibilities for fans.
