Is there a possability that maybe somebody held in the out button a bit to long causing the line to rupture (children ?)or just a bad pipe.
The hose can have a new end connected installed providing that there is extra hose available, otherwise you might have to replace the lines that are bad. or if its still under warintee get keystone to repair it.
