Bruce, we are certainly sorry to see the obvious issues that you have with your unit. Certainly would make any one of us concerned with the quality of the unit we have purchased. That being said, I have confidence that Keystone will step up to the plate and resolve these problems. Glad that you are posting your experiences and for sure please keep us posted as to the outcome.
