Like Steve says,
first- on the campground faucet goes the wye with individual inline on/off valves.
On one side of the wye is the garden hose used for washing the rig or flushing the black tank. Not regulated as I want plenty of pressure for washing and flushing.
On the other side of the wye is the regulator with pressure gauge. My regulator is set between 55 and 60 psi. Others say no higher than 45 to 50 psi but so far I have not had a problem at 55 to 60.
To the regulator you connect your white drinking water hose.
To the white hose you than connect any filters.
At this point you connect to the trailer.
And finally Turn The Water On!
