It may just be a fitting that isn’t sealing well. When the tank gets full, it can spill out into the underbelly. We had that problem in our first Monty and the solution for us was to simply leave the drain valve open. It worked for us and we still do that today. However, there are varied opinions on leaving that drain valve open.
