Just about all the road services us the same towing and service companies. I know that here locally there is one tow service that has the major road service contracts that I would not let tow my garden mower.
It is good that you will follow up on that and perhaps they correct any problem that exist. That was in excusable. We used anoth road service a few years ago and like every 15 mins the rep was on the phone asking if help had arrived yet.
