In the old days when we sold them the specification measurement meant the box measurement.Example we had a terry 29R.the box measured 29 feet but the part we had to fit into a parking spot was 32 feet 6 inches..Our 06 3400 spec was 37.3 inches but the actual length was 39 feet 6 inches. The Stated spec on the 3402 is 39 feet 1 inch.It will be interesting to see what the actual length is. The 3402 is longer in the front due to the addition of the sink and vanity in the John area. the bedroom slide is also deeper. They said it was 6 inches longer in the bedroom but I do not think that is accurate as there is a lot more than 6 inches room in the John area. Helen could find no difference in the other bedroom measurements with her trusty tape measure.We will do more measuring at the Tampa Rv show.
