We've been told by refrigerator folks and others that while you do need to have the unit fairly level that it is not absolutely necessary to be exactly level. As long as you can comfortably move around the unit then you are level enough for the refrigerator.
Also remember that this type of unit takes a few days to get down to the cool level. They are much slower than a regular residential type unit. I hope you get if fixed soon. It is really a pain to not have a good cooling unit on board. Boy do we get spoiled in a hurry. Good luck. Dennis
