Is the valve on the furnace turned on? That is the first place I would start, then I would bleed the line to the furnace and check for the propane there. I would also look to see if the ignitor lights when calling for heat. Do you have the thermostat set to heat? This is some of the simple things we overlook but need to check first before taking it in to the dealer.
