My Big Sky is an 09, and I have not had your problem, however I have seen posts on here that indicate on some models the washer is not drained into the gray tank and you cannot use the washer unless you are hooked up to a sewer. I have only used my washer twice, and don't know if mine needs the sewer or not. I THINK it is plumbed to the gray....any way, that may be your problem. Hopefully someone will give us a better answer.
