Not sure about 05 ... on my 2000 the rear disc is part of the wheel. Have to remove the bolts on the end of the axle ... remove axle, then wheel housing as you would say a boat trailer spindle housing. Sounds like a job, but really isn't. make sure oring on end of axle flange is OK before reinstallation.
