Glenn. The other tri axle Montana was and still owned by Gibby King. Currently they are in Texas. He made the conversion here in Virginia. I put the pictures on the MOC. These pictures are of an earlier modification to another Montana. To answer why he did it, He was over weight some 2000 lbs. He carries a folded boat under the trailer and a rack in back with his tools, a generator, and an outboard motor. He is a certified welder and did a great job. He moved the two axles forward some 9 inches and welded the third axle (bought from Dexter)back of them. Then he obtained tri axle fender skirts. This was done on a 2005 Montana.
