Phil, thanks for the information. It may be something I want to look into. DW dose not think it's a good thing. We have a Time Share Condo at April Sound, Whitewater, on Lake Conroe that I can't get rid of and I'm giving it away for just the Quitclaim Deed payment - probably less than $100. She doesn't want to get "stuck" like that again, even if I only paid $500 for the TS!
