John-- Not going to be at your rally but how about using newpapers and tape or thumbtacks if the tables are wood! Several layers will absorb almost anything and real easy to roll up and toss in the trash can!! Just have everyone stop and pick upp a local paper on the way to the rally or pick some up at the Kwik Shop that day! Might even be able to read the latest and be informed for discussion time!
