We have recently returned to our rig after a month over Christmas time. I noticed that the valve seal wasn't holding water in the bowl as it did when new. The rig is only 8 months old. We have tried the "tongue depresser" supplied with the paperwork, and it doesn't seem to cure the leak. I've just tried the "snap" test to see what happens and don't know if this will indeed fix the problem. Does anyone feel that this is a defect in the seal around the flush ball and maybe I should contact the local dealer (not the selling dealer) to see if they will honor the warranty?
