The problem is that the vendor (manufacture) of the hose, is having a problem with pin holes in the tube of the hose. The tube is the inner part of the hose, then the braid, then the cover, which is only there to protect the braid. Keystone needs to get in touch with the vendor to take care of this problem, there should be some kind of a day code on the hose to determine when it was run, so they can make a recall.
