Thanks for the info, Tara! I will write that down for the Doc.

I have had the interscalene block on my last two (or three?) shoulder surgeries. Did work great for about 16 hrs if I recall. Then they had me on a mobile pain pump, which didn't work well as the tube kept coming loose and finally I just had to pull it out.

I will have a different shoulder surgeon this time around. My old one moved to Sacramento, CA from N. MI.
