When you get to RV Traders, you look up the service manager by the name of Neldon. Tell him that Dale said he was suppose to treat you right. If he doesn't tell him he will be hunted down!
Neldon is a professional! He will do everything within his power and reasonable to get this right for you. Slide room adjustments....unless something is wrong, he knows how to do 'em.
