What do the directions say? Did you read them? On our Prodigy it had a step by step setup. We drove around the block several times to get it set. It is so far superior to the old one we had I can't even believe it. I was ready to quit this RVing until we got the new one. The old one was worse than the worse ride at Disneyland. But we were never given directions, so we didn't know how to set it up. Directions are wonderful.
