We didn't use to have a speed limit in Montana until a couple of years ago. It was whatever deemed "safe and prudent". If a trooper felt you were going too fast, he issued you a ticket for "misuse of natural resources." The tickets were five dollars, and you paid it right there on the spot! Wonder if we will return to those good old days? Doesn't really matter for us either, we set the crusie and away we go!
