I may be the only crazy person here, but I actually paid to have the gas oven removed, then cabinet shelves and doors and a stove top installed when I bought my Montana in Sept '05. Admittedly, I don't cook much, but when I need to bake potatoes or cornbread muffins (my fave) I'm very pleased with the results in the 1/2 time oven. Mostly, I just make Starbucks coffee in the coffeemaker. That's my "signature dish!"
