On a slightly different topic - I don't know how you pick your campsites. But I decide a city or location where I want to stop and then go online to 'campgrounds.rvlife.com'. They have options to specify if you want 50A, full hookups, etc and only show those. By the way, if you are going to be in AZ/Utah,NM into June it will be HOT. Definitely need 50A to run the A/C all day. I have 2 and they don't both run at the same time on 30A.
I love the west (and now I live here) and am very interested in scenic areas like where you are headed. Oh, you can stay in Williams west of Flagstaff at a nice CG and just walk to the train station and ride to the Canyon. I think they always are 'robbed' by highwaymen along the way too! LOL
