I bought a new 2017 model 3931FB. Traded it for a new 2021 model 3780RL, which I still have. While my wife and I have enjoyed camping in both, every trip makes me glad that the place I store the camper(s) is right beside the dealership where I bought them. This is because I know that after every camping trip the unit will be going there for repair of whatever has failed.
