Going up the drain line is going to be very messy regardless. I have cut my drain lines when replacing gate valves. It would be a little more work to drop the coroplast, undo the No-Hubs holding the drains together, and sliding the flush line up the correct drain. Like I said it will be messy, but you will know where the flusher is going.
