When we replaced ours, it came with a template to mount the rail on the wall. I added extra screws because I could not find any wall studs. We used leveling blocks under the old one to hold it up while we removed the top bolrs. Same for installing the new one.
I have read where others who replaced a convection/microwave found scorch marks on the wall behind it. In Convection mode the oven gets HOT!!!!. Maybe put a piece of sheet metal behind it to protect the wall.
