On the milage....I installed a 80HP chip in the computer on my 7.3L and it gets 10-12 pulling a 3295RK. Solo around town about 18, on the highway as much as 21.
I had to add air bags to bring everything level. Before the upgrade everything was 2-3 MPG less.
