I would drop the rear bulkhead in the basement. On our 2010 Montana the Converter was mounted in that area and was plugged into a standard duplex outlet and over time the converter plug worked it's way out and we lost all 12V once the batteries were drained.
Plugged it back in and used cable ties to keep it from working out again.
