We had a persistent leak from one of our windows years ago. Originally though the water was from a roof leak. Ended up discovering it was a very small gap in the sealant between the window frame and the outer wall surface. I ended up caulking the perimeter of the frame at the edge all around the window. With your type of window, your best bet is remove the window and install new butyl tape.
