That roof material is only a few thousands of an inch thick. Yes, some use a pressure washer on them but are risking failure on this .025 to .045 inch thick material. Additionally EPDM is a sacrificial material in that it turns chalky as it ages and that chalk is the top layer of material. A scrubbing with a soft bristle brush and some sort of detergent is all that is needed. If you see many black spots, that may be the underlaymen, not dirt. TPO roofing is similar but has a shorter life span.
I agree with beeje - I never used my pressure washer on the trailer proper, only the wheels and tires if they got really muddy.
