HUGE positive CW Myrtle Beach SC & FT Myers FL

We purchased a 2022 3855 BR at CW in Myrtle Beach just weeks before departing to FL for 4 winter months, Prior to departure I notified service of a few problems, the biggest a problem with 1 recliner
CW Myrtle sent a mobile tech to repair what he could and get a parts list, the recliner will be replaced
CW Myrtle has kept in contact about every 10 days and have let me know parts arrived for my return in 3 more months ~ a mobile tech will be sent to complete repairs
Notified CW Myrtle of a small water leak after arrival in Ft Myers ~ Myrtle Beach salesman Sean Kwant took the lead with people in Myrtle and sent an email to service mgr Camron Justice in Ft Myers Fl,
Described the problem to Mr Justice and he felt certain he could take care of the problem but if Ididn't want to bring it in he would forward the information he received from Myrtle Beach to their mobile repair dept
A mobile tech from CW Ft Myers is scheduled for next week
This is my 5th new unit purchased from CW in Myrtle Beach, Sean has always treated us well~ price and service has always been good there
