I have never taken my unit to a dealer because I read many posts here and I have nowhere else to live. I have taken in bad recliners, bad blinds, bad fireplaces and got replacements. EVERYTHING else I do myself. If you will be fulltiming, you need a lot of tools and knowledge otherwise you will not be happy. There are RV repair schools, check Youtube.
