You have Kodiak disc brakes on this axle. The caliper is Dexter part number 089-250-15. The Kodiak part number is DBC-250-E. I’d suggest contacting Dexter Service and Warranty at
warranty@dexteraxle.com or calling them at 574-295-7888. They will more than likely help you to get it fixed. Tell them Rich Raeder told you to contact them. The first thing they will ask for is the information on your axle tag. You can also email me at
