The one in the pictures above is the exact same thermostats I had. I ran for several days with the faceplate off and thought it was fixed, but alas, the problems returned.
You can try that and see if it works for you for a while. There are several models on the Micro Air website. Just choose the one that matches your thermostat. If memory serves, mine was the 351.
