HBR509, those look like leveling pegs/brakes for the front of refrigerator. Most likely used to take it off the front rollers. They screw into black heavy metal brackets in front of the rollers. If you take off the kick plate, you can see where they go. On ours, they would do little as they would make contact with a 1x2 piece of trim that is stapled to the kitchen slide so best to keep the weight on the front rollers and hope the big brackets attached to the rear wall of the slide don't come loose.
