Finally figured it out.
Materials
1- 6 foot lenth of 3/4x3/4" aluminum tube
4- 3/4x3/4" end plugs
4- 2 1/2" 5/16 stainless bolts with nuts and washers
4- 1" long spacers (I used bronze bushings)
Finish of your choice (I used rustolium truck bed liner)
Pretty simple, 2 hours from the time I left for lowes until done and installed
