At 39.5’ with an additional 2 feet for the trawler that rids on the cargo hitch I have yet to have issues getting into state parks in Maryland, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia and a whole swath of other states. I have always had good luck with COE campgrounds as well. The only issues I really have are finding sites that are full hook up. Sometimes I have to settle for 50 amp no water, sometimes 30amp full hook up. Otherwise if you take it slow, plan a little you’ll be fine.
