I've used a Weber 22 inch grill for my "Good" cooking/smoking because I can remove the legs, turn the top upside down, and carry it in the bed of my truck. I have a "usable" gas grill for fast cooking, with a cast iron griddle/searing pan for steaks, chops,burgers and brats.
