In the Navy we had a name for opening the flush valve when the tanks were pressurized, I wont mention it here but needless to say one of two people had to clean it up, the one who ignored the sign or the one who forgot to put the sign up.


Many years ago we took a trip across country in our new to us motor home. Other than breaking a shackle in Ohio the trip was nu-eventful until we crossed the border back into CA. All the sudden cars were passing honking and pointing to the side of the RV. I pulled over and found that the black dump bracket had broken and allowed it to swing down and grind itself away, yes we dumped the entire black tank (wife and 3 kids) probably pretty fill on I10. The worse part was that we were towing my wife's S10 and the drivers side was covered in little chunks of TP. Not my best moment.
