We usually carry 1/2 to 3/4 F/W for rest stops. Empty grey tank and leave black tank if it's 1/3 or below for slosh action. F/W tank does not add to the payload so I don't worry about that.

I'm sure it's trivial unless you're pulling grades the whole time. The large front profile seems to have the biggest impact on mileage due to drag.
